One-time service purchases or consultations:

First name, surname, address, postcode, city, country, and email address.
This data is retained for up to two years.

Payment information:

Credit card number, expiration date, CVC, name on the card – Not stored by EFG IT SOLUTIONS PLC.
(If applicable) Local payment solutions (e.g., bank transfers) – Not stored by EFG IT SOLUTIONS PLC.

Web forms (Contact, Career, or Partnership requests):

First name, surname, email address, and message content.

Emails sent to info@efgitsolutions.com:

Email address, sender's name, and message content.
This data is retained for two years or longer if necessary for business or legal reasons.

Newsletter subscriptions:

Email address.
This data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed.
